BIOGRAPHY
Born in London in 1971, lives in Zurich and Vienna. Studied architecture at ETH Zurich and Columbia University New York, graduating in 1999 under Hans Kollhoff. He then worked with Adolf Krischanitz in Vienna and in 2001 undertook a trip to the Orient lasting several months. He has had his own architectural practice in Zurich since 2001. 2008 Foundation of Fawad Kazi Architekt GmbH.
Important buildings include the Fagen school center in Bolzano (2001-2009), the LEE building at ETH Zurich (2007-2015) and the new building projects for the St.Gallen Cantonal Hospital and the Eastern Switzerland Children's Hospital (2009-2029). Various exhibitions, jury activities and teaching assignments in Switzerland and abroad.
