Content: Study of expansion measures, further development of the "Science City" master plan by KCAP Architects and Planners from 2007
Objective: Specification of the framework conditions for the continuous structural implementation of the expansion measures
Time horizon: 2040 (scenario 2100)

Perimeter: approx. 40 ha
Main increase in usable space: approx. 140,000 m2
